the game isnt scary but i did get a shock when this huge taken burst through a door in a barn....btw dead space wasnt that scary to be honest (except when that necromorph jumps outa that vent at the start lol)

yeah the atmosphere really give it the scare factor plus the sounds (winds, trees, birds, woods, etc) which makes a perfect accompaniment for this very suspenseful game. in most cases even my nasal hair raises during the game
