BC2 definitely gets my vote. MW2 could have been alot better, but too many mistakes were made. Ive stopped playing MW2 since the BC2 beta came out.

While I would love to play with you guys, the analogues just frustrate the crap out of me and I would end up having a crap time.

Aww, I love you too Vandal
My point is it's all about preference. Both games are killer games easily fitting in my top 10 of all time. However they're different experiences, as a so clearly stated in my first post and as Clint just said aswell.
However biased I could try an be, I enjoy both games to the full extent of the money I pay for them. Just take preference over BF due to my history with the series and the added necessity for team play. Parts of the CoD community unfortunately remind me of why I quit Counter-Strike back in DC, I don't like being told I'm not allowed to do something the game allows me to do which is not cheating in the game. The community has a lot of maturing to do and for that reason alone I've stayed a BF fan.
Different strokes, that's all. I can already hear people saying the "chopper gunner" in BFBC2 is a hack because it respawns and there's more than 1 gunner!
@Uncle: Dude, I came from the BF2 servers aswell, was in FiB. I hated, dispised the controller at first. But when you get used to it, it's awesome fun!

hmmm... I remember the days when I was using a mouse... it is pretty smooth...
But then it comes to the paradox of gaming, the thing that has us all arguing and chatting at the same time, the thing we call personal preference.
When I started using analogues it made me feel like I had just found the perfect device for me to play my games with. I prefer analogues to mouse for my shooters, but then again, remember the paradox, remember PERSONAL PREFERENCE.

I get exactly what you are saying Uncle. I only played FPS on PC but now I think I'd be useless. Analogues might not be the best but lying on a comfy sofa/bed/beanbag chair whilst playing cannot be beat.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, the accuracy and speed on a mice is far superior to that of the analogue! I heart my mouse Plus on PC the servers have far more people and that is important to me also!

Yeah that is too, but that is not my only reason! Its also because the server capacity is higher! If mean BF on PC has 32 people on each team, thats 64 people broken up into different squads... its epic.

This is like Quake versus Counter-Strike. They are so different that you could play both every day and still would have to use a completely different gameplay style for each.

Agreed that it shouldn't be one OR the other - why not play both? Enjoy both? If that's your thing...
For me though - I tried MW2 for a bit, and it was fun for a bit, but after a while I just couldn't help feeling it was the same thing, over and over and..... There just doesn't seem to be anything to play for.
With Battlefield though, every time you fire up that game you just know something you've never seen before will happen. There's just that extra something that keeps me coming back for more.
I don't know... I think it just feels like BF is more about tactics, and MW2 is more about reflexes... And my reflexes suck pretty bad.

Ah dude, last night NoX got a headshot on two guys racing by on a quad bike... One shot, both down, both Headshots! He saved my ass, as they would probably have driven right over me...
It was the first of many EPIC moments in the game, and this is still only the demo. Needless to say, Nox has always neem part of [OSOK], but is now is officialy now part of One Shot Two Kills...
