I make beer
As some of you may know, I make beer, but now it's in full production and available for sale. I'm quite excited to say the least.
I love beer, and making great beer for people to drink and enjoy is pretty much the best job I could imagine having in the world.
The company is named Citizen.
My first beer is called Alliance and is an American Amber Ale. This is quite a complex, but simple beer. It has slight hop aroma, light mouthfeel, a bitterness that is quickly offset by rich caramel flavours and subtle hop flavour. It's delicious, if I do say so myself.
Currently it's only available in Cape Town at Royale Eatery on Long Street, but I'm expanding to Neighbourhood, El Burro and the Power and the Glory in the next 10 days or so.
