I really hope it's coming to the Xbox as well... I don't have money to buy a new PC before the release I think so a xbox version would be great...

I will be surprised if this comes to Xbox. Blizzard does not seem to show any interest in consoles.
I would love for Star Craft 2 to also come to Xbox, but looks like I am going to have to buy a new pc to play that.

true, but the console market is a very big slice of the gaming pie, and i sincerely hope that Blizzard will want a piece of that slice how much money would they make from xbox users only?

They have absolutely no reason to release D3 for consoles.

It will also have to be a seriously watered down version which no Diablo lover would have interest in.

apart from the oodles of money, yeah i guess no other real incentives. but watered down how? diablo3 wont be pushing the limits of graphics cards, much like diablo2 ran on almost anything that had a keyboard.

i dont hate any platform, i would just enjoy it if it came out on xbox. if not, then i shall be acquiring it for the pc which has already been upgraded for starcraft 2
