thanks but I dont know how often(if ever again) I would use it so not looking to lay out the cash...
what about something like this? Zaps - Online Computer, Games, Playstation and Xbox Store

I heard that manual cutting tool you got a link to is absolute $H!T, Id advise against it, you really do need a minicraft rotary tool, its funny my GF's parents heard i was wanting to do a Mod but needed something to cut with and got me a dremel 300 for my birthday

Dremel for sure! that cutting tool they have advertised is really crap!

Best investment you can make!

I won't be able to do most of my mods without that.
