Graphical Corruption (56k warning)
Hi all
Just wondering whether anybody has experienced strange graphical corruption like the following:

Note all the statues, boxes, fountains, etc. that have suddenly become neon green. Everything was fine yesterday. So far it's only happened in Enchanted Arms. Am busy testing Saint's Row but nothing so far. Will also test other games.
Any verdicts? Game on console problem?

Is it happening consistantly? Maybe it's just a bug in Enchanted Arms.

Does it happen in other games? Is it not freezing at least?

I'm sure someone else here had a similar problem. Contact Microsoft Support.

Re: Graphical Corruption (56k warning)
It seems to be randomly happening. My 360 has frozen a couple of times and given a few disc read errors (Kameo, Enchanted Arms, Fight Night, GoW). I've also experienced DVD stuttering lately.
Also, when Enchanted Arms gave me the 1st disc read error, there were 4 circular scratches along the disc.
I've emailed Shannon at BT with regards to the disc scratching and dvd stuttering in the hopes of a possible replacement of either console or game, but Microsoft hasn't given any feedback (she emailed them).
The graphical glitches are new.

Re: Graphical Corruption (56k warning)
It seems something could be failing inside your X360. Mine had similar symptoms before i got it swapped by warranty. Freezing and game graphic's corruption.
If i were you I would buy/borrow a memory unit to copy your save games & profile in case you replace your X360, since MS usually replaces EVERYTHING which came with your console.

Or simply keep the hard drive.

Ouch. Lucky I have a memory unit for such events. I'd be bummed about all my downloaded videos and demos though.
