Display problem- sound but no picture
hey guys
when i tried to play erlier on, my screen was blank as if nothing was connected....although i could still hear the sound
ive changed the cables and tried the xbox on different TVs and still no picture
any help would be appreciated

Yeah, I had the same issue and I got it fixed by BT Games but a few weeks after that I got the E74 error.

I paid R500 and it came with a 3 month warranty but like I said it died only a few weeks later and i did a swapout with Powercare.

Definitely early stages of E74, had this problem with a Xbox i was trying to fix. You really should just get a swop

Hey a buddy of mine has the same problem.
But on some days it will play fine. So far he has tested it on hdmi and composite.
How does the swop out work?

Have u got a sd TV or hd TV check switch at the back ?
